Collserola Park

One of Sant Just’s main assets is that we are “Naturally Collserola”, that is, part of the municipality is integrated within the limits of the Serra de Collserola Natural Park.

Sant Just is one of the gateways to this 8295 ha protected area, which includes eight other municipalities, among which the city of Barcelona stands out. The Park fulfils a essential social and ecological function for the well-being of the people who travel through and inhabit it: it ensures a green and well-kept landscape, reduces erosion and regulates air quality, includes heritage and cultural values, maintains biodiversity and allows for a rational use of its resources.

And Sant Just offers you the possibility of entering the Park in just a few steps and enjoying the nature trails that cross the municipality or the imposing views that can be obtained from the Penya del Moro, a natural watchtower over the Baix Llobregat and Barcelona.
